About Media Mind
Media Mind is Pakistan’s flagship media literacy program designed to support young learners in navigating today’s digital landscape. The course helps students build the skills needed to analyze information critically, recognize media influence, and engage in meaningful civic dialogue.
Developed by national and international experts, Media Mind combines theoretical understanding with practical learning methods to create a comprehensive and empowering educational experience.
Aligned with UNESCO’s Media and Information Literacy framework, the course supports Sustainable Development Goals by promoting quality education (SDG 4) and fostering peaceful, inclusive societies (SDG 16).
Course Structure
Part One (Grades 5–8 | Ages 10–13)
Builds foundational digital literacy and responsible citizenship.
Key topics: digital basics, ethics, cyberbullying, identity, and online wellbeing.
Part Two (Grades 9–10 | Ages 14–16)
Focuses on online safety and personal protection.
Key topics: privacy, boundaries, ad literacy, and legal use of digital content.
Part Three (Grades 11–12 | Ages 17–18)
Develops advanced critical thinking and media analysis.
Key topics: misinformation, verification, visual literacy, bias, and digital ethics.
Part Four (Bachelor Level | Ages 19–24)
